These terms apply to this website. They are not the agreement for roofing work — that is the written estimate and contract AEM All Roofing Solution gives you after an inspection.

This site carries no prices, and that is deliberate rather than an omission. A roofing number depends on the deck under the covering, the pitch, the number of penetrations and what a tear-off finds — none of which a web page knows about your building.
Anything you read here is general information. A price becomes real when it is a written estimate with the materials, the scope and the timeline attached to it, and that document — not this site — is what either of us is held to.
The service pages say where a system is the right answer and where it is the wrong one, and both halves are written honestly. They still describe classes of building rather than yours. Service-life ranges are properties of the material, not promises about the roof we would install for you; whether your deck, your slope and your ventilation support a given system is what the inspection is for.
AEM All Roofing Solution is a GAF Certified residential contractor and an authorized Brava representative. Both credentials are real and verifiable with those manufacturers. Neither one is a warranty by itself: manufacturer coverage is issued by the manufacturer under their own terms, varies by system and by installation, and is stated for your specific job when it is quoted.
The photographs on this site are AEM All Roofing Solution's own work or are licensed stock, and the provenance of every image is recorded. The text, layout and images belong to AEM All Roofing Solution or to their licensors. Please do not reproduce them elsewhere — including as another contractor's portfolio, which is the specific thing this clause exists to name.
Where this site links to a manufacturer, an insurer or a public resource, that site is theirs and its content is not ours to stand behind. The same applies to any review platform we point at — the point of linking to reviews on someone else's platform is precisely that we cannot edit them.
What happens to anything you type into a form is described in full on the privacy page, including who receives it — a list generated from what this site actually has configured rather than from a template.
If you check the box asking for text messages, that consent is separate, never a condition of getting a quote, and can be withdrawn by replying STOP or by telling us any other way.
