Four things, and they are testable
What this business is, without a single number nobody gave us.
No founding year we could not source, no roof count, no percentage. The four below are either verifiable with a phone call to a manufacturer, or they are specific enough that breaking one would be visible.

One crew, start to finish
The people who quote the job are the people who build it. No lead-selling, no subcontracted install, no crew you meet for the first time on the morning of the tear-off. It is why we can tell you what happened on your roof rather than relaying it from someone else.

A material range, not a material
Standing-seam metal, cedar shake, Brava synthetic tile, TPO and EPDM. Most roofers in this market install shingles and one other thing, which means the recommendation is decided before the inspection. Carrying five systems is what makes it possible to tell you which one your building actually wants.

Certified where it changes your coverage
GAF Certified as a residential contractor, and an authorized Brava representative. Both credentials are about installation rather than purchasing — manufacturer coverage on those systems depends on who put them on and how, which is the only reason a certification is worth mentioning at all.

The answer that costs us the job
A repair when it is a repair. A section when it is a section. "This can wait until next season" when it can. Every roofer says they are honest; the test is whether they have ever told you not to buy something, and that is the sentence we are willing to be measured on.
Why here is different
A roof in Middle Tennessee is not like a roof anywhere else.
The four loads below are the reason our recommendations differ from what a national franchise script produces. They are also why we install what we install.

What we are certified for, and what that does for you.
GAF Certified contractor
Residential. GAF verifies licensing and insurance and audits a track record before granting it — it is not a badge that can be bought. It matters to you because coverage on a GAF system depends on the installer being in that program.
Authorized Brava representative
Brava's coverage rests on how the tile is installed, not on who ordered it. Any roofer can buy the product; an authorized representative is who the manufacturer holds to their standard. What Brava is.
Licensed and insured
Ask us for the Tennessee license number and the insurance certificates before you let anyone on your roof — and ask every other contractor you speak to for the same. After a hailstorm this market fills with crews who cannot produce either.
