We install a wider material range than most roofers in this market, which is only useful if somebody tells you which one your building wants. Each page below says where its system is the right answer — and where it is the wrong one.
On a house, the roof is architecture.
Three systems, and the choice between them is usually about how long you intend to keep the house and how visible the roof is from the road.
On a flat deck, the roof is a system that has to be inspectable.
Two single-ply membranes, and the choice is not a preference — it is a property of the building. A deck that moves wants EPDM; a deck with foot traffic and a cooling bill wants TPO.
Work we do that has no page of its own.
These are real parts of the job and they get no landing page, because there is no technical argument to fill one yet. Saying so is more useful than a page that repeats the sentence.
